Prairie Shooters Club

Fred Bush is the owner of Prairie Shooters Club. His dream was realized when he built the first skeet field and people started using the range, even though it was in the middle of a cornfield. Since that time it has become a facility specializing in clay bird games. The facility has two skeet fields, one overlaid with a trap field, and the other is a lighted 5 stand that uses the two skeet houses, five additional throwers and a tower machine for night shooting. There is also a Quail Flush that has three elevated platforms that offer a variety of targets, a double wobble range and a twelve station sporting clays course which is now open that has easy to navigate trails, whether on foot or cart

.

The range has hosted numerous fundraisers, business meetings, corporate outings, social functions, and fun shoots. Costs are kept as low as possible with profits going back into course and facility improvements. Fred places great emphasis on customers having an enjoyable time. Many targets are easy to break, helping to keep new shooters happy. However, there are some challenging targets to keep the experienced shooters happy also.

Open year round, Prairie Shooters does not require a membership to shoot. We welcome everyone and invite you to stop by the club and enjoy some fun clay target shooting. If you are interested in participating in a fun shoot or tournament, just email us and your name will be added to our mailer list.
